Alex Morgan, who just turned 22 on July 2, is the youngest member of the Women's World Cup 2011 squad but one of its most promising future stars.
With 23 caps for the senior national team, her eight goals have come mostly in a reserve role. However, she is expected to play a larger role for the team in the upcoming 2012 London Summer Olympics and beyond.
